About FocusTribe

Solo deep work is easy to skip. When no one can see whether you started, the focus session quietly slides to tomorrow. FocusTribe was built on a simple idea: people show up differently when their team can see them show up.

FocusTribe is a free workspace where a team does focused work together. Each teammate runs their own Pomodoro timer at their own pace. There is no shared clock forcing everyone to start and stop at the same second. Instead the team can see who is in focus right now, who is on a break, and what everyone is working on. Accountability comes from visibility, not from surveillance and not from a synchronized timer.

Between focus blocks there is a shared break room with ambient sounds, so recovery feels like a real pause instead of another tab. Tasks, daily progress notes, and team analytics turn a scattered day into a record the whole team can look back on.

We take privacy seriously. FocusTribe tracks session information such as start, end, duration, and completion. It never watches your screen, your keystrokes, or your content. The dashboards are for your team, not for anyone outside it.

FocusTribe is built by Kalpesh Mahida. It started as a tool to make his own remote work less lonely and more consistent, and grew into a product for any team that wants to do deep work in good company.
