Planned focus time, per day and per category
How much focused work you scheduled and completed, split by category, over a week or a month. Worth being precise: this is calculated from the duration you set on each task, not from a stopwatch — so it reflects the plan you finished rather than measured elapsed time.
Completion rate
Completed tasks against everything you planned for the period. The number that tells you whether you are over-committing.
Streaks
Consecutive days with completed work, plus your longest run. Streaks are the mechanic that makes a bad Tuesday not turn into a bad fortnight.
Peer to peer, not manager to report
Both members see the same dashboards. There is no private manager view because there is no manager — a workspace is two peers who opted into being seen by each other.

Is "focus time" measured with a stopwatch?+
No, and this is worth being clear about. It is the sum of the durations you set on the tasks you completed. If you estimate a task at two hours and finish it in forty minutes, it still counts as two hours. Treat it as "planned work completed" rather than time-and-motion tracking.
Can I export my data?+
Not yet. Dashboards live inside the app.
Can my partner see my screen or activity?+
No. FocusTribe records task and session metadata — never screens, keystrokes, or the content of your work.
How long is data kept?+
For as long as the workspace exists. Deleting a workspace removes its tasks, day statuses and break records. Self-serve deletion of an entire account is not built yet — email us and we will remove it by hand.
