Is FocusTribe really free?+
Yes. Sign in with Google, create or join a team, and use the entire product — team Pomodoro rooms, break room with ambient sounds, tasks, daily progress notes, and team analytics — at no cost.
Will pricing ever change?+
We may introduce paid tiers in the future for advanced features (custom audio, integrations, larger teams). The core experience that exists today will remain free.
Are there team-size limits?+
No hard limits today. If you have a very large team, drop us a note and we will make sure things work for you.
Is my data private?+
Yes. We track session metadata (start, end, duration, completion) — never screens, keystrokes, or content. Analytics dashboards are visible to your team, not to us.
Do you offer enterprise plans?+
Not currently. If your organization needs SSO, audit logs, or other enterprise capabilities, get in touch — we are early and open to building what teams actually need.
